I have been blessed to have a family who are all Christians. I always called myself a Christian but I wouldn't say I was actively walking that faith out in everyday life until i was much older. One of my aunts was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer a couple years back. They gave her 3 months to live. My mom and I took care of her in the last couple of weeks. Watching how she handled that situation and the almost excitement she seemed to feel saying "It's my time to go be with the Lord" really stood out to me. Didn't seem to be any fear or worry and made we want that level of faith. I was sitting with her one day and I got a strange feeling that I have never felt before. It felt like I was in the presence of something way bigger that myself. Moments after that she simply took one last breath and passed away.
